Following the 1st East of England Undergraduate & Foundation Otorhinolaryngology Conference in 2018, 85% of delegates expressed interest in attending a regional ENT emergencies course specifically targeted for new/future doctors.
The first pilot of the course took place on Saturday 2nd March 2019 in Norwich attended by 29 medical students and foundation doctors. We are grateful to our experienced team of ENT consultants and registrars who helped to develop the course and deliver teaching on the day.
Teaching faculty: Prof. Carl Philpott, Mr. Matthew Smith, Ms Chloe Swords, Mr. Joe Manjaly, Mr. Aiman Abbarah, Miss Paula Coyle, Mr. Eishaan Bhargava, Erica Everitt.
